SecurLOCK Equip will not be available after 2:00am CT, Tuesday, July 9, 2024. The new Card Suite Lite app will be available for download beginning 6:00am CT, Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

First Farmers and Merchants Bank is excited to announce Card Suite Lite, an easy new app that lets you have more control than ever with your debit cards. Card Suite offers features that make it easier than ever to manage your cards and spending. Lost your card? Freeze it instantly right from your phone. Sign up for transaction alerts, and control where and how your card can be used. Download Card Suite Lite today!

What You Need To Know

As part of the upgrade, the bank will move your cardholder’s existing username and information from SecurLOCK Equip to the Card Suite Lite app. The first time you log into the new app with your existing username, you will:

  • Go through a validation process to confirm you are the valid user
  • Setup your password with Card Suite Lite
  • Validate the Card Controls that moved over and establish new card Card Controls (including those related to location) and Notifications/Alerts

Please note: You will have until October 7, 2024, to download the new app, login, and setup your new password. After that date, you will have to re-register your card and set new controls and notifications.

Additional Important Information:

  • Any changes made in the SecurLOCK Equip app 24 hours prior to the upgrade may not migrate over to the Card Suite Lite app.  

New Users: Getting Started

1. Download Card Suite Lite on the app store  

2. Entering your <bank name><card type> card details  

  • Card Number  
  • Expiration Date  
  • 3-Digit Security Code (found on back of card)  

3. Enter information on your account to confirm you are the card owner (choose one):  

  • Social Security Number (SSN)  
  • Date of Birth (DOB)  
  • Zip Code  
  • Mother’s Maiden Name
