Greg Davis is a senior Commercial and Business Banking leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling middle‑market banking platforms. He currently serves as Director of Business Banking at First Farmers and Merchants Bank, where he leads strategy, credit governance, operational efficiency, and talent development to support sustainable growth.
Previously, Mr. Davis held senior roles at Mechanics Bank, Colorado State Bank & Trust, Pacific Premier Bank, and Wells Fargo, regularly leading market expansions, growth initiatives, and organizational turnarounds. His leadership spans P&L management, portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions.
He holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, and a BS in Marketing from the University of Utah. Known for his strategic mindset and disciplined execution, he focuses on balanced growth, strong credit culture, and long‑term value creation. Mr. Davis resides in Middle Tennessee with his wife and two sons.
