Wayne Stephens began his mortgage career in 1993 and has proudly served homebuyers throughout Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, and Northern Alabama for more than 30 years. Whether working with first‑time buyers or experienced homeowners purchasing their fourth or fifth property, Wayne is dedicated to providing a smooth, transparent, and confidence‑building lending experience from start to finish.

Wayne has been happily married to his wife for 52 years. Together, they have two sons, two daughters‑in‑law, and six grandchildren who are the center of their world. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending summers on the water and rarely misses an opportunity to attend his grandchildren’s games, performances, and activities.

For the past decade, Wayne has served as a Shepherd at his church and remains deeply committed to faith‑based service. He is also actively involved in Baja Missions, participating each summer in a week‑long mission trip dedicated to serving communities in Baja.
