Login Instructions
- You received two seperate emails to reset your login credentials for the new platform from contactus@myfirstfarmersdigital.com.
- Temporary username
- Temporary password (this email is time-sensitive)
- Follow the prompts to update password and username
Change in Services (Basic Business + Treasury Management Services)
Please be aware of the following updates in digital services as we launch our new mobile app and online platform:
ACH Templates
- Possible change in sole proprietors and DBAs process**
- We recommend downloading and saving templates experience
- Dual approvals are required for all companies with more than one user
Wire Templates
- Possible change in sole proprietors and DBAs process**

Positive Pay requires a second login to access service
- Company ID is needed to log in
- Use existing username from Business Internet Banking – Username will not update
- Use existing password from Business Internet Banking – Password will not update
