Login Instructions

  • You received two seperate emails to reset your login credentials for the new platform from contactus@myfirstfarmersdigital.com.
    • Temporary username
    • Temporary password (this email is time-sensitive)
  • Follow the prompts to update password and username

Change in Services (Basic Business + Treasury Management Services)

Please be aware of the following updates in digital services as we launch our new mobile app and online platform:

ACH Templates

  • Possible change in sole proprietors and DBAs process**
  • We recommend downloading and saving templates experience
  • Dual approvals are required for all companies with more than one user

Wire Templates

  • Possible change in sole proprietors and DBAs process**
  • We recommended downloading and saving templates
  • Dual approvals are required for all companies with more than one user

Positive Pay requires a second login to access service

  • Company ID is needed to log in
  • Use existing username from Business Internet Banking – Username will not update
  • Use existing password from Business Internet Banking – Password will not update
