- Delete current mobile app
- Download new app
- Use existing Username (without spaces)

Change in Service
Please be aware of the following updates in digital services as we launch our new mobile app and online platform:
- Alerts, such as low balance, high balance, weekly balance update, large withdrawal and large deposit, will need to be re- established after the conversion on Feb. 22. We highly recommend recording any current alerts, so you can re-establish them in the new system.
- External transfers will follow a NEW process (see detailed instructions below):
- You will need to register for Zelle®
- Cardless Cash will be disabled after Feb. 18 as we work toward enhanced technology for contactless cash later in 2022
Online
- Go to External Transfer
- Select External Transfer Form
- Start New Message
- Subject – External Transfer
- Request an external transfer form; you’ll then be asked for the details of the transfer
- Receive email via DocuSign® to complete the request, sign and return to initiate the transfer
Mobile
- Go to the More button
- Select External Transfer Form
- Start New Message
- Subject – External Transfer
- Request an external transfer form; you’ll then be asked for the details of the transfer
- Receive email via DocuSign® to complete the request, sign and return to initiate the transfer
