

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Michael B. Boatright and Thomas V. Clark have joined First Farmers and Merchants Bank, a community bank with 22 full-service locations in eight Middle Tennessee counties, as mortgage loan originators.
Boatright and Clark are responsible for generating residential home purchase and refinance business for First Farmers, as well as working with current bank clients to determine the ideal loan programs for their unique needs and guiding them through the mortgage process.

Boatright serves the Davidson County market. He comes to First Farmers from the mortgage sales division at Fifth Third Bank with over 25 years’ experience. He is a graduate of both Maryville College and Missouri Baptist College.
Clark, who is based in Maury County, has 10 years’ experience in mortgage lending, serving most recently as a senior mortgage lender with CBC Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated from the Southeastern School of Banking in 2011.
